We switched to taking Yoga sessions online in March 2020 when the world went into lockdown. We called it “Daily Online Yoga”. With “Daily Online yoga” we were able to create safe, happy, effective, healthy and progressive space for all our students joining in from all over the globe. Starting our day together with a discipline which myself and my students are very fond and proud of.
In “Daily Online Yoga” we practice Yoga-asanas, pranayama and very soothing and powerful meditations which help in getting perfect health and well being in its true meaning. It helps in steadily improving your physical stamina, fitness, flexibility. Helping you achieve your fitness goals. The practice also helps you to unblock your energy channels – cleanses your chakras, helping you become mindful naturally and attracts positivity and growth in life.
